New preprint posted on BioRxiv – A CRISPR/Cas9-based enhancement of high-throughput single-cell transcriptomics

We are excited to share a new preprint posted on BioRxiv today showing the use of Jumpcode’s CRISPRclean to achieve a 2x increase in library complexity and a 4x increase in isoform detection for single cell RNA-Seq. Our collaborators, including Eric Topol, MD and Amitabh Pandey at Scripps Research, found novel molecular characteristics, including inflammatory signatures in clinical cardiovascular samples.
